Elite Agency Training includes 2 main training courses, and is split up into two major course sections… 

The AGENT level course… and the STAFF Level course. 

The AGENT level course is meant for the Agent ONLY, or only for the Agency OWNER…

And the STAFF level course is meant for both the agent AND all agency staff members. 

The AGENT level course is meant for the Agent ONLY, or only for the Agency OWNER, and it’s designed to give the agent the knowledge, the information, and the tools needed to build and grow the agency, on the AGENT level, on the BUSINESS level. 

 The agent level course will cover several business topics, including Elite Business Mindset, Agency Structure, Staffing, Marketing, and other business level concepts. 

We’ll take a deep dive into staffing, culture, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, compensation, and onboarding forms and documentation.  

This course also includes the Elite Agents MASTERMIND group zoom calls. 

Agents can attend regular zoom calls to discuss high level business concepts, issues, problems, etc. 

 The agent level course will provide almost everything agency owners need to know, to run their business, on the Elite level. 

The training within the STAFF level course is meant to be taken by both the agent AND all agency staff members. 

Agency staff will ONLY need to take the training within the STAFF course section… but the agency owner, will need take and complete BOTH the agent owner level course, AND the STAFF level course.  

The STAFF level training course is intended to help train your staff from day one, all the way to becoming a functional and operational staff member within your agency. 

ALL, or EVERY NEW and existing staff member, will be trained in the exact same way, every time, and they can be trained, up to 70 to 80% of functional knowledge and working capacity, without you or other staff members having to conduct the training, and without painfully repeating yourselves with repetitive training, and without spending your valuable time and effort to train each and every new team member who’s hired on to your agency.
